Dwayne from 3 D Door arrived 1 hour after he phoned me. Quick response to our needs that day. A broken spring is never a good thing when you have a busy life and can't get out of your garage. Replaced the springs with better than we had, checked the opener to make sure we wouldn't have any issues going forward. He's on time, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and genuinely cares about the service he provides. I would recommend him to anyone with a garage door issue including my friends and family. Had a very pleasant experience working with Danny. He even changed the bulb on the garage controller box as the old one was not the right one (emits too much heat) though I only requested for a torsion spring change.

I cannot overstate how amazing 3D Door Designs is!!! We closed our garage and it came off the track on both sides. I went to Angiâ s list and put that this was an emergency and they called within seconds. The wonderful lady that called said someone would be there in 30-45 minutes and sure enough the incredible Dwayne showed up less than 30 minutes later. He immediately put us at ease and proceed to not only get the garage door back down but he fixed it completely!!! Not only that, he was here less than 1 hour!!! The price was super fair too. I will be replacing my doors eventually with Dwayne and 3D Door Designs!!! They are amazing and wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I recommend them to anyone needing a garage door repair or new install. The only reason I gave them a 4.5 on the value for money was because when the original estimate was given he forgot to add the plastic seal around the door to keep bugs and debris out. So it was kind of a surprise when we had to pay a little bit more to have that done. That said it was because he showed up within an hour of the phone call for him to give us an estimate so I know it was just a rush for the estimate. I would definitely call him back to do more work or maintenance on my garage door.
