Phil was very easy to work with. He arrived on time, was here about an hour and did a great job. Only charged me an additional $10 for being outside his normal travel area. I will be calling him again next year for our annual tuning.

Phil showed up right on schedule. He completed the tuning relatively quickly I thought given the fact that my curious 11 year old was intent on learning all the details. Phil was great in dealing with him and I appreciated his kindness and respect while answering all his questions. I was also impressed at how thoroughly he checked things over and found a few keys that didn't sound quite right that I hadn't noticed. He fixed them as well and it sounds fantastic. I'll look him up again next year!

Phil was early for the appointment just enough to be delightful rather than inconvenient. He knows his craft well and was able to speak to the history of the instrument and the art of the process. He told me about a website search to find out more specific information about my partiular piano. Lovely man. He also advised me on what to expect from a string that needed replaced.

Phil was very pleasant, professional, and skilled in the workings of our Yamaha upright. I would totally recommend using him for piano work. His prices are fair, and he is easy to communicate with regarding appointment time, etc. I liked working with him.
