Showed up on time for the estimate as promised. Said they were two weeks out of providing service which was agreeable. Called us back second day and said they had an opening due to a cancellation the following couple days later. Showed up on time, performed perfectly as promised and cleaned everything. exceptionally well.

It was amazing and entertaining to see how they could climb those very high trees and cut it a piece at a time from the top down. They controlled the descent of each section with ropes so there was no crashing or damage, and as soon as a piece came down it was hauled to a chipper and reduced to mulch. In a few hours the trees were gone as well as all debris (including the larger logs) and the stumps. They were very professional and friendly. I think I will have them come in yearly for routine trimming and maintenance of the remaining three trees.

Colin Campbell arrived on time to perform free estimate. He informed me that his company has a minimum charge of $125.00 to perform any work. After reviewing the scope of work, I decided it was worth the minimum charge to schedule an appointment on a different day. The crew arrived a little later than scheduled but performed all required work as outlined.
