Their prices were reasonable. They had to cut into the asphalt to find the roots. They had to cut the trees in the proper place so as to not kill the trees. The only tree they did not take care of had a wasp nest in it. That is why I would give them all B's. I feel they should have been able to do something about the wasp nest. I would use them again.

"She was informed we do not take care of bees, that she needed to contact a bee person prior to us performing the work, she never did. we performed the work as promised minus the one tree and did not charge her for the one tree. We are a tree service not a pest control company as bees are not ordinary tree pests."

I FEEL THAT THEY OVERCHARGED ME FOR THE WORK THAT THEY DID. I DON'T THINK THAT IT SHOULD HAVE COST ME $1,400 FOR WHAT THEY DID. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH HOW FAST THEY DID THE JOB THOUGH. IT ONLY TOOK THEM ONE DAY TO DO IT. THEY SHOULD LOWER THEIR PRICES.

"$1200 for 3 men plus all equipment and the removal of all debris for the entirety of the day + $200 for a soil injection which is a 4th person plus equipment to include the cost of chemicals was the going price for the time. She had 2 other estimates and still had us perform the work for which her only complaint was the cost. So either I was the cheapest of the other estimates he received or I was the best for being hired for my services. This tree was a very large Hackberry in her back yard that grew over her house and her neighbors yard and house, we also pruned and treated her front yard tree for which we included in the price. We had previously pruned the back yard tree in 1998 and again in 2003."
