Tim and his crew did an excellent job of removing all old trim on our home, installing new water barrier/flashing and replacing old trim with new redwood trim. This was done with only some very minor damage to adjacent elements in one area, an impressive accomplishment considering the proximity and original construction techniques used when the house was built. When unexpected dry root damage was found around our front windows, he discussed the options and provided a reasonable price for the additional removal of the involved windows and re-flashing/sealing of those elements. Tim fully discussed and incorporated my suggestions and requirements for work being done and the on-site re-manufacture of replacement trim pieces where appropriate. He kept me fully informed of his progress on the job. I found him and his crew to be accommodating, trustworthy and easy to work with.
His was not the lowest bid, but considering the amount of work involved and quality outcome I believe his services were easily the best value. Especially when considering the unexpected removal/re-installation of the windows to repair dry rot damage and prevent future water incursions,
