Our kitchen faucet began leaking. It was one of the modern ones that don't use rubber gaskets, so we didn't know how to fix it. We called RCI plumbing. One of their men came over and took a good look at it and advised us to replace it as the plastic core gaskets were actually cracked due to age. We weren't sure what kind of faucet to get, but he gave us good advice and we were able to get one that saved us a lot of money by buying it ourselves. When we got it, we called RCI again and he came back to install it. He arrived early, was pleasant and professional and did a wonderful job. We were very impressed with the quality and thoroughness of his work. While he was here, we knew the filters on our reverse osmosis system needed to be changed out, so we asked him if he would do that as well and he did. Overall it only cost $200 for the installation of the faucet and the filter change out. It didn't take long at all, less than an hour, and we were able to use our new faucet. No more dripping in our kitchen sink and our water system had fresh water as well, so we were really happy. We will definitely hire RCI again!
