They are excellent. They’re the best. I always use them. It’s thorough. It seems absolutely correct and it’s well priced. They’re very good at cleaning up after them self. Sam owns it and he’s very communicative.

Anthony and Greg came and installed a water heater and hooked up our washer when the flooring company (they just laid laminated floors in the laundry room) asked if the plumber could do it.  The next day our laundry room flooded.  Greg game back out very late in the day and not only removed the washer and dryer but he removed the water heater as well.  He dried all of the floors and put a fan on so e everything would dry out.   He spent 3 hours at our house and didn't charge us a penny.  
The next day he came back out again to recheck the connections and couldn't find any leaks.  
This company believes in customer service.  I would highy recommend them and of course will call them for all of our plumbing needs.  They are amazing !!

Everything went well! I have used them in the past and will do so again!

I've had Anthony from Happy Rooter to my home numerous times. He's replaced valve stems in all faucets and showers; installed air gap on kitchen sink; installed water pressure control valve on main water line; and most recently replaced broken water line to sprinkler system. Prior visits from Happy Rooter, Sam cleaned out all drain lines and David installed new toilet in bathroom. All three mentioned plumbers and Greg, who is learning the trade working with Anthony, are fast, efficient and leave no mess when job is completed.

Once again Happy Rooter came to my rescue. Woke up today (Saturday) to water under the kitchen sink. Had several errands to run in the morning so I waited 'til I got home to call them. I called them at 1:20 and they told me someone would be out between 2 and 3 PM. NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR A SATURDAY!!!. Greg came out about 2:15. He left to purchase a new disposal and charged only for the cost of the disposal, did not and quot;padand quot; the price. Labor was $125.00.
Happy Rooter has always done an excellent job for us. They are prompt, reasonable, and friendly. And they clean up after themselves, so I don't have to!

As always, Sam came to our rescue. What I love the most about Happy Rooter is that they never try to sell you more than what you need, unlike what many plumbers will do.

We had used Happy Rooter prior to this event for a clogged drain in the laundry room and were satisfied with their work. Called them again for a slow draining shower stall. They did the work and it's been draining fine for 3 years. They are quick to return calls, charge a flat rate for jobs, not by the hour.

I had previously used Happy Rooter. I called and asked to have my roof vents, and one wall vent snaked. My bathroom sink was draining slowly and so was the bathtub. I thought that the vent snaking on the roof would solve the problem ( I don't really know anything about plumbing, but I thought that it had worked before.) The two young men from Happy Rooter arrived and explained that they would need to snake at the sink and tub to access the problems. The cost would be $95 for the 1st drain and $47.50 for each additional drain. At that point I decided that it would make good economic sense to only have them fix the immediate problems. They successfully snaked both drains. The drains are now working properly. The had to put the pipes under the sink back together, and fixed my undersink leak in the process (I thought that the leak was caused by the faucet fixture, and since I was planning to replace the faucet I had not included the leak as part of what I was asking them to do). The young men were pleasant and professional. The final bill was what I had expected to pay for having two drains snaked. They were pleasant and professional and I would hire them again.

They are fair, reliable and real up front about everything. The are good hardworking guys.

They are primarily a plumbing firm, but one of their technicians is a Jack of all trades and he did some impressive and incredible work. There were some significant delays and it would have been a disaster if I had a job, but luckily I'm retired. I would absolutely use them again.

$1250.00. (the cost of the repair) They were quick and professional, but I am concerened they "did not know" that Sac. Suburban Water is who we all call first. Now I know. They do very good work though and I would still use them.

I spent $125 on that service. I think that they are very reasonable, they do excellent work, and their responsiveness is very good. Two people came out and did the work. One worked on the shower controls and the other was cleaning and preparing the tub for the caulking. They were just very efficient and friendly.

The plumber arrived punctuality. The estimate was correct, with the parts. I like the plumber because give me a time frame. They will arrive between 11:00 and 1:00 , and they arrived in 11:00 a.m. sharp. I've used the plumber last time.

The plumber was competent. He helped me put the dishwasher water, using wringing towels. Several years ago I had a local plumber and asked if my home is in the "territory" And he said they business all around the Sacramento. After the plumber completed, he charged me for "mileage" and surcharge for "electrical equpment " (snake).

He has done many jobs for me, and they have all been excellent. I could go on and on, he has done a number of jobs for me. Nothing he does is cheap, but it is certainly fair.

WE LOOKED AROUND FOR PRICES AND ESTIMATES. THEY WERE THE CHEAPEST THAT WE COULD FIND. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE VERY QUICKLY. THEY DID VERY GOOD WORK. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS WHEN THEY WERE DONE.
