They are pretty much great bug wise. We don't ever find "live" bugs inside, but a few dead ones here and there in the summer. Since it is a large company, it is very difficult to reach your specific provider if you need to change something or have a special request.

I pay $60 for every quarter. Their pricing is probably higher now. It is because have been grandfathered in because we were with another company and they switched that company over with. I am not really sure what their pricing is now, but we have just kept the pricing that we had with our old company. They have honored that. I would use them again in the future.

There are no problems with them. They always call before they come and they are always on time. They take care of stuff and we don't have any bugs. Ii have no problems with them at all.
