The shop went above and beyond on what was expected, performed a diagnostic check and found no issues. Kept vehicle extended time to ensure the vehicle didn't have a ghost misfire. They checked plugs, wires and all emission systems with no issues. They told me to bring it in if it happens again. Possibilities could have been water in the fuel. They are changing their name to Warrens Automotive. If you want your vehicle fixed RIGHT take it here. Fair and personable. Great people and technicians.

My experience was great. They are very professional and keep all appointments. The time they estimate for the repair is always spot on. They follow up to make sure everything is still working properly. They are also AAA rated, which I very much like. Their price is reasonable.

Everything went very smoothly. They took the car in right away, performed the required tests and inspections, electronically sent the results to the DMV, and accomplished everything within 30 minutes. Service and office personnel were very polite, professional, and helpful. The waiting area was comfortable.

I have my vehicles routinely maintained at this shop. My most recent visit was for an oil change, tire rotation, air filter replacement,and coolant flush. All work was done in a timely manner- and no surprises! Any time I have work done at High Sierra, they are punctual and do what they say they will do. They give me a heads-up about what will be coming up on future visits. They keep meticulous records, and call to remind me about up-coming visits. I have found they to be very honest and a pleasure to work with. So much so, I consider Rusty and Tina to be great friends to our family! I have referred friends and family to them numerous times.

They do excellent work. The guy who runs it is extremely honest. His name is Rusty. I have been going to them for about 5 years. The cost depends on what I have done. I found them to be very responsive. The last thing I had done was when my battery went dead. I called them up and asked them if they had the battery I needed. They told me they had it. I wanted to make an appointment to have the battery put in. They asked me to come over right away and they would put it in. It was an instant response. An hour later I had the battery in. They informed me of a tire leak I had and told me where I could get it fixed for $10.00. That episode cost me about $115.00 for the battery, labor, and everything. They are a little pricey. I think they were the only AAA approved in Ridgecrest. I think they still are. I would use them again.
