We have used Staffords for over one year.  We moved to the desert and was unpleasantly surprised to find out that cockroaches are a way of life here.  Upon discovering that we were infested with these pests, I called Staffords and they came out and evaluated our situation.  We signed up for monthly service to keep the roaches under control.  They will come as many times as you want per month for the same monthly fee.  At first I was calling them every time I found a roach even if it was close to dying. Staffords always came out and sprayed.  I have since realized that the roaches will NEVER go away but they can be controlled.  My attitude is:
"If i don;t see them, they are not there".  Helps me sleep at night.  Staffords Pest Control is always professional and answers my questions without making me feel foolish.  I highly recommend them.

.The Pest Control Technician was prompt, professional and did an outstanding job considering the obstacles (i.e. moving boxes and furniture)

We just moved back into Ridgecrest and wanted the house taken care of before the movers showed up. Stafford's Pest Control was very accommodating and scheduled an appt the day before the movers arrived. The technician arrived early for appt, he provided info about the company (Stafford's is the only locally owned and operated in the valley) and the services he was going to perform. He was very friendly and professional. I informed him about some problem areas that I've had in the past and they were taken care of without issue!
