Plumbing
In this instance, water was spraying from a kitchen sink and was unusable in its present condition. The house was listed for sale and could not be sold (or shown) with the faucet in its deterioated condition. Once called, Mr. Sandy responded the same day and rebuilt the entire faucet. He charged $95.00 for the service call and $30.00 for materials.
