+ -1 moreContractor removed the trees and planted shrubs that supposedly will block the broken stucco. The shrubs are not what he said they were, so I don't know how good a job of hiding the broken stucco they will do. He also trimmed some shrubs around the perimeter of the yard and planted a few sprigs of ground cover in the bare dirt areas. The major area of unattractive shrubs was not touched and the inoperative sprinklers were not repaired. Contractor indicated he would continue the work in the spring. He has not been back.
Description of Work: Contractor was supposed to do a makeover of the front yard including fixing a section of the sprinkler system that was not working, planting shrubs to hide broken stucco, planting ground cover in areas of bare dirt, and reworking a large section of shrubs that are old and unattractive. Contractor recommended removing one medium sized pine and several smaller trees.
