Provided the requested service.  As with all service providers, it's helpful to stay with him to specify exactly what you want at each stage of the process.  For example, if you want an outlet placed in an exact spot, be sure to specify that.  He provides everything to code.

Called Emmett late in the day and he agreed to come over that evening. Part of the house was without power. Emmett diagnosed a dangerous failure of an outlet hidden behind bookshelves that was actually sparking. He replaced it. Very quick, efficient, and professional.

We have worked with him in the past on projects around our home. In the past we had a wonderful experience with him, so we scheduled him to install a new light fixture and an outlet behind our mounted TV. This was originally scheduled for the 4th and the Geek Squad was scheduled to come out at the same time so there would be no issues with the TV warranty. He never showed up on the 4th, several days later we received a call and he apologized saying he was ill and we rescheduled for 3/24. We have not heard from him; my husband and I both have tried to call him. he answered once and said "he couldn't hear me" then the call ended. I am currently very disappointed in the unprofessional manor he is handling the situation. If there is a situation or reason preventing him from being able to come and works in our home just tell us. How ever dodging our calls and making us schedule other services just for him not to show up is very disappointing. after this experience we will not be using him again

The track lighting in our hallway stopped working. Emmett showed me where the wiring was getting hot from the track lighting fixture I had purchased new from a big box store. All is well now and we have working lights in the hallway! Great job well done! Thanks very much Emmett.

Emitt was careful, professional, and cleaned up afterward. He was pleasant and funny to boot. He made sure to check for little things, like color of outlet switches etc and was careful with furniture and appliances in the rooms in which he worked.

The work was completed in 2 hours. We were very impressed with Emmett's professional and competent approach. In addition we found him to be efficient and very personable. We will call him again for any electrical work.
