It took all of 5 minutes for them to figure it out and fix it, and explain to me what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. They have a standard price for a home visit, whether it takes 5 minutes or an hour, but being able to get in and out of the front door with no problems (for me or others who regularly access the door like our dog walker), it was worth the price. I would recommend this company, who was acquired by Armor, but still operates under the Valley Security name. They were prompt and professional and fixed my lock problem with a smile.
