Universal Building Services started in 1963 as a garage-based, 2 person business. From those humble beginnings, UBS has grown to become a building maintenance presence throughout Northern and Central California. UBS corporate headquarters is currently located in Richmond, California and district offices are in place throughout our region of service.

They do work in the area. Their price was reasonable when you think they had a crew of five to seven people in here, vacuuming, dusting and washing the pews down with Murphy's Oil Soap. They were wonderful. They did a wonderful job and it was worth it. I am waiting on a call from them now because we asked them to give us a bid for the janitorial services on our two-story parish hall. I have gotten three other bids. I sent them a scope of work and if their price is right we will hire them for the weekly cleaning of our parish hall. I found them by calling city hall and finding out who did their janitorial work and who did their windows. They referred me to UBS. In talking to UBS not only do they do city hall, they also do the police department. That is an awful job in the cells and everything.
