I initially interviewed several architects.  I hired Milton because he listens well, explained his fees very clearly, had very reasonable rates, and -- although he hadn't worked on a project in Albany -- did research beforehand and demonstrated his understanding of the City's requirements and planning and design review and approval processes. I found Milton to be professional, organized, and efficient with his time.  He is very client-oriented and focused on providing a good product.  He was easy to work with and respectful of my ideas.  Milton’s strengths include listening to clients’ input and incorporating it into the overall design, space utilization and planning, code compliance issues, and guiding clients through the various City approval processes.
