He did more than what he was asked to do. The job went very smoothly. He fixed 7 different areas of my carpet, and I had only asked for one. He gave me an estimate ahead of time. He gave me a receipt after the work was done. I called him, and he was able to come out that day. This was my first time using him, and I would highly recommend him to other people. He would be my first call if I have any other carpet needs. He was the least expensive of the 3 people I called.

Ron was amazing, courteous and very professional. He explained what needed to be done, how he was going to do it and how long would it take. How work is excellent and the carpet looks brand new and spots are gone.

Ron used a special new carpet cleaner solution that took out the grease and dirt. He used a powerful (portable) cleaning machine to draw the moisture out. The carpet was fully restored in color and we had him do the rest of the house including family room, living room, and halls. We are very pleased with the results.
