From the first call to the company, they were helpful. Bill Flores was there to handle the estimate over the phone/fax and came over to take measurements and consult. Their office staff was very helpful and answered all our questions and concerns. The installer was on time and was able to troubleshoot a couple things that didn't fit. They even came back later that day to help us with another problem that occurred during a plumbing fiasco. We're very satisfied with their work.
