Jeff responded within hours of my initial call and set up an appointment within a few days which was great as I needed work right away. After scoping out the job he offered a very fair price, and after doing the work he followed up promptly to ensure I was happy with the job and did final touchups before payment. Jeff is honest, responsive, and fair and has been in the field for > 35 years so I would definitely recommend.

Called Jeff around 9:30 am and he gave me an estimate over the phone. He arrived around 1 pm and performed needed work quickly and professionally. Would use again.

He responded very quickly to my call. His prices seem very good at this point, 1one fourth of what my previous gardener was charging. He indicated he does all the work himself.

Jeff did such a good job the first time he worked in my yard, I hired him on an ongoing basis. He has come twice a month for the past few months now. My front and back yard always look great. Jeff is friendly, easygoing, and easy to communicate with—and he does a thorough job.

Response to original call was prompt and communication regarding when and what services would be performed has been clear. Jeff has arrived when he was scheduled and has performed needed tasks efficiently and completely. Cost is reasonable and fair. I had one small criticism after the first visit and when I relayed this to him, he listened carefully and made a special effort to check the area of concern on his next visit and fix the problem. We are very pleased with the communication and services being provided.

I was at war with the City of Richmond, always behind on yard maintenance (despite my best intentions) as I scrambled across the country to tend to my ailing father and keep my business afloat. Thank goodness for Jeff. He stepped in to take complete control of the situation and enable me to focus on what was really important-- just what I needed. Since then, there hasn't been a single letter from the city... and my place looks great!
