Nery Espinal, the operations manager, provided an estimate over the phone and also came out to look at the house. The carpet cleaning was combined with housecleaning;a convenient package. Scheduling was flexible and accommodating. The carpet was pretty dirty, but afterward it was in pretty good shape. My only complaint is I found some metal staples in the carpeting from when a pool table had earlier been disassembled.
