ORTIZ TILE

Ortiz installed a new tile backsplash and caulk between the backsplash and counter. The caulk dried discolored and uneven. I also noticed that numerous places had no grout at all between the tiles. I asked Ortiz to come back and repair. He did. The caulk did the same thing again. Ortiz said he's too busy to fix and I should just hire someone else to fix it. Why should I pay another person to fix it when I already paid him to do it? So disappointed that he doesn't stand behind his work.

They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it! The quality of the work was excellent. Hand no issues of trustworthiness. Good hard workers did more for us then we contracted for when they found more water damage. Replaced subfloors, put in more cross member on the floor beams for better support. The tile work is excellent. We were glad to pay a few dollars more then the estimate for the quality and quantity of the work performed.

Guillermo's prices were competitive with other tile setters we interviewed. We are happy we chose him over some other tile setters because Guillermo was very professional and detail-oriented. Moreover, he was friendly and fun to have in the house. He was punctual, responsive and honest. He worked well with our electrician to install radiant floor heat and he tiled over it. He carefully considered all aspects of the project and consulted us when design choices were necessary, so that everyone would be happy with the outcome. The bathroom looks great! We also got a discount on our tile purchase from Import Tile because he is a preferred tile-setter there.
