Kingdom Concrete Contractor

I hired Kingdom Concrete Contractor to build a three-tiered concrete terrace with inlaid steps in my backyard, where a hill of dirt used to be. This was rather complex so we navigated through a few changes during the project. On the change management side, Lote was very collaborative and all of the associated costs were reasonable. I was also very satisfied with the overall communication and quality, and appreciated how hard working Lote and his crew were throughout the project.

Lote is amazing. He listened to what our needs were and he delivered 100%. His work was perfect. He is very easy to work with and comes up with great suggestions if he thinks there is a better way. He removed and poured a walkway and a pad for our outdoor kitchen and a well designed pad for our hot tub

Lote finished the retaining wall in time. Great job, straight and clean. Worked along side his crew. Cleaned up afterwards. Reasonable price. Go with this guy, not some out of town outfit that subs everything out, charges more and screws up the job. (I had bids from some of these guys. Salesmen/crooks.)

Lote and his crew did first class work. Their estimate was reasonable. They were always punctual. They had quality equipment for demolition and removal of the old driveway. Their installation of rebar was perfect. They carefully supervised the delivery of the ready-mix and pumper suppliers/ sub contractors. Their team of finishers were amazing to watch. They were like a well-coordinated ballet. I recommend them to all.

Lote and his crew were very conscientious and did a great job. While my wife and I had planned the nearly the entire job, there were still some details we had't worked out. Lote made some suggestions that worked perfectly for our project and he seamlessly incorporated them into the finished prduct.

Lote paved a tricky sidewalk to help solve a water problem And redid our driveway. He was patient, fast, practical and no nonsense. He worked patiently with the city of Oakland for permitting and inspection. No complaints. Heâ s a wonderful guy! Will use him again for sure.

Meticulous preparation and careful following the plan of the engineer, passed inspections. He started early and worked hard and long. He had a crew that worked just as hard as he did. Everyone was pleasant and easy to get along with; our neighbors thought so too. At the end of each day they carefully cleaned up. For replacing some sidewalk and widening our driveway we got quotes from 3 or 4 concrete contractors. Lote Finau of Kingdom Concrete wasn't the cheapest or most expensive; we chose him because he seemed conscientious, knowledgable, pleasant, and easy to communicate with. We were not disappointed, and we'd recommend him without reservation for any concrete job.
