I love the house after the service. They did a great service. They are nice people. It was wonderful. Jr and his wife linda are very nice team and they're very quiet. Their work is very standard, they make sure that they do it the way customer want it. They offered suggestion first and make sure that i like it. They are reasonable in prices.

Junior & Linda are first class professionals. Their work was completed on time, on budget, and with the highest quality. We liked the finished job at our house so much that we hired them to paint the entire interior of our daughter’s newly purchased home which included converting an unused basement into an at-home office.

Very well. Linda and Alfredo really think about their clients and what would benefit the client in the long run. They took in a lot of our suggestions idea and gave us transparent answers and clear solutions for them. They are very communicative and kept us up to date on the progress. They worked on one of our bathrooms in 2020 and did our kitchen + dining room this time. We are really happy with the results. Definitely will keep coming back to them for more projects.

We have used Junior's Contruction and Remodeling on multiple ocassions over the past few years. One project was a complete remodeling of a condominium in Burlingame; kitchen, two bathooms, two bedrooms, water damage from ceiling above and painting. A second project inluded our house in Berkeley; creating a new room, complete kitchen and two bathrooms remodeling and painting. A very high quality job, on-time completion and reasonable pricing. Alfredo and Linda make up this fabulous team. Their innovation and experience made our project successful. They enhanced our ideas by blending them with their experience and ultimately upgraded our kitchen with added features to our living room and upgraded our 1960's electrical for our whole house. They are our contractors for life!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JUNIORS CONSTRUCTION!!! Linda and Alfredo Parra (wife and husband owners of Juniors Construction) gave me the kitchen and bathroom of my dreams! I went overboard and met with 12 different contractors. I chose Juniors because they seemed like they would be reasonable, honest, and helpful - and I was right! Also, out of the 12 companies, they were the only one that was woman owned! It was so nice working with another woman. Linda took the time to explain all the terminology to me. This was my first project so I had 1000 questions and a hard time making decisions. The Parras were so patient with me - they answered all my questions, they explained each step, they helped me with my designs, they came with me to buy materials, and they helped me make decisions. They also helped find ways to save me me money! Once they started the work, they came all day, every day, and completed the job early! There were no strangers coming in and out - only the same 2-3 people. They were very respectful of my things - everything was covered and cleaned after each day. We did the kitchen first and then the bathroom after the holidays. Even after the kitchen was completed, they continued to answer all my questions! They really care go the extra mile for their clients. Everyone who comes over always compliments the worth they did - even other people in the construction industry! I’m looking forward to working with them on my future home projects!
