Backyard was in need of clean-up to get the home ready for new tenants. The crew cleared blackberry bushes, weed-whacked, trimmed bushes and cleaned up afterwards. Great job.

JAC construction was fantastic to work with from obtaining a quote to the final product. In our case, we purchased an investment property and needed help turning the outside of the property into easily manageable landscaping. JAC Construction turned the front lawn and side yard from patchy grass to a clean river rock yard. They used landscape fabric underneath, ensured to take off enough soil so that gravel won’t spill on the road. In addition they also pruned the backyard, weed-whacked and cut down overgrown blackberry bushes. Everything was hauled away. They brought the right tools and machines. All in all: amazing, hardworking team, honest, friendly and great to work with. We will reach out again when remodeling is needed.

The good part was, they were able to come and do the job. The head of the company understood what I wanted and do it in a reasonable time frame and price. The bad side was, there were stains on the driveway and then they came back and make an attempt to fix it but they failed to do it. The other thing was they were using asphalt paving, they could have compressed it better because it was torn a little.

The service was fantastic. They were great, responsible, prices are competitive, very skilled on what they do, and we trust them. When they remodeled the bathroom I was out of town and I'm very comfortable giving them the keys. John always bring in people that knows the job and very professional. John sub-contract to very good people and he knows where to go for what he need.
