COSTCO TIRE CENTER

The only reason I go to Costco for tires is their price and their guarantee. The tires are cheap, and perhaps the quality is too, I am finding out, but the guarantee that if you have a flat, they will replace it (adjusted for how much you have worn out the tire) . Twice I had them replace one tire that was unrepairable, and once they gave me two new tires to keep the car balanced. The downside is that they manage their timing so poorly that you just need to show up when they open, and join the crowd at the door who need service, then they have taken up to 6 hours to get to me . If they scheduled it, I could make arrangements, but  I was stranded there twiddling my thumbs, as there was not way out of their h***. It almost overrides the value of the guarantee.

This is not Nordstrom, so I don't have high expectations for customer service.  They get the job done with good prices, and I get my Costco shopping done.  Get there early though, the wait in the afternoon can be 3 hours.

It is a as you come service. I found out when they are least busy. They had it done fast. Experience was very good

The waiting period at Costco was way to long. You can't make an appointment with them, so you have to go in and wait. The reason I think they make people do that is so people go inside Costco and spend money, which is what I ended up doing. It's been about ten years and the tires are still on, which is good.

The experience went well. The quality of the tires is good, we have only had to change them once. The price was really good. It is always difficult to get someone on the phone. They are pretty busy.

This was a very rapid process and a painless visit. They have good prices and it is very simple to work with them. The store is not fancy just easy. I shopped around and found I saved about $150 by going to Costco.
