It was a cold and wet Friday, and the heat was out in my church.  I had spent the day on the phone with companies who couldn't get to me until the next week.  I found a guy to come by about 4pm, but when he came, he said he couldn't help me.  He said my thermostat was good, so the problem was outside on the roof, and he would not deal with such in the rain.  So at 4:30pm, I start calling people again.  I finally reached Malik, who said he could come by about 6:30pm after finishing his current job - he did.  He went on the roof in the rain, and found a breaker had thrown off.  He reset the breaker, and voila - HEAT!  Malik was there about 30 minutes, and he charged me $20.  I WILL call him when I need more work done.
