Not only did Bay Cities Refuse office staff take my request but they followed through on providing the driver with the exact location to place the dumpster near our houses. This was not the usual location so I was thrilled that they were open and flexible with my request. This was extremely helpful because I am moving soon and it really helped in getting rid of all my junk! My neighbors also used the dumpster. The free dumpsters over the years have always proven to be an added value to our regular weekly garbage collection. I don't know if other companies provide this service, but Bay Cities Refuse does and it is why I rate them so high.
