ACE HARDWARE

They are excellent. They are very friendly and they usually have what I want. I love them. It is a very good hardware store. Their service is very good.

The Ace Hardware by my house that is excellent and very helpful. They're really good. They're a small family owned business and very helpful. One time I went in there and they didn't have exactly what I needed but they gave me something else that I could use. So they're very nice. I wasn't really entirely sure what I needed to do, they talked to me and they're more helpful than any other big stores. They're probably a little bit more expensive than other places but you get the help you need and he answers.

This took about three minutes from going into ACE to leaving with my product. I had researched what to use for my leaking concrete fishpond on the Internet but couldn't decide on a product. I went into this ACE, told them my problem, they recommended this product and told me I could buy a small bag or this $6. box. They got the box for me, I paid and left in about 3 minutes total. The customer area of this store is small with crammed shelves; the counter is near the door with knowledgeable employees ready to answer questions and get the product from the customer shelves or from the back. Parking is right outside so my total transaction probably took 5 minutes. Ace Hardware McBryde = BEST ADVICE AND SERVICE. (I've had equally good experiences with other questions/purchases.) This store has a reputation for being the best hardware store.
