Contractor showed up on time, and performed work promptly.  We had a particularly difficult door frame that required a bit of cement work and a very difficult exterior door frame removal (those 1960's houses are tough nuts to crack sometimes).  Overall very pleased, and the cost for a door/installation from Home Depot (this is our local HD's installation contractor) was significantly cheaper than a local company specializing in door installation.

My immediate neighbor had a burglary. I went to Home Depot to inquire about adding additional security reinforcement to my back door and back window as that area of my home is hidden from the street, and faces the access point where the burglars gained entry to my neighbor's home.
United Turbine was the subcontractor used by home depot. Subcontractors can be a nightmare, (i.e., not showing up on time, etc.) That didn't happen with United Turbine. They arranged an appointment in a timely manner, and Jose was prompt in arriving on time and with installation. All communication and billing throughout the process was smooth and clear. I would definitely use them again. I'm very satisfied with quality of the workmanship they performed as well.

Fabulous, great, terrific! I bought the basic door at Home Depot where I was not told I needed to purchase the lockset separately. What made my experience with UT great is that their scheduling rep asked if I had a lockset so I didn't end up being very frustrated with an installed security door that didn't have knobs/locks. Then the UT installer called to confirm time and date and HE also asked about having a lockset. He was on-time and cleaned up after himself. United Turbine's attention to detail was wonderful; they have a place in my phone file for future work.

THE CREW REMOVED THE CLOSET DOORS AND TOOK THEM WITH THEM. THEY INSTALLED A NEW TRACK FOR THE DOORS AND FIT THE MIRRORED CLOSET DOORS TO IT. THEY FIT WELL.
