It went excellent. I would use them again. They were thorough and the price is in the average range. They seem courteous and conscientious.

I KNEW I NEEDED ATTIC INSULATION. I RESEARCH THE INTERNET. TERMINEX ON THEIR HOUSE INSPECTION STATED I NEEDED ATTIC INSULATION AND QUOTED ME A PRICE ON R-19 INSULATION. TERMINEX DID NOT HAVE GOOD REVIEWS ON THE INTERNET SO I DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH TERMINEX. HOME DEPOT HAD GOOD REVIEWS ON THE INTERNET AND ONE GOOD REVIEW WITH ANGIES LIST. I FELT COMFORTABLE WITH THE HOME DEPOT SALESMAN. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE LEGAL CODES AND DID A THOROUGH INSPECTION OF MY HOME. HE QUOTED ME $2,600.00 FOR THE R-30 INSULATION. HE SUGGESTED THE RADIANT BARRIER, FOIL-FACED TO FURTHER PROTECT MY HOME. I FELT THE PRICE WAS HIGH BUT I WAS LOOKING AT LONG TERM, NOT SHORT TERM. SINCE I FELT COMFORTABLE WITH HOME DEPOT, I DID NOT GET ADDITONAL QUOTES TO GET A LOWER PRICE. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN ONE DAY. THEIR SUB-CONTRACTOR MADE A HOLE AND CRAKE IN MY GARAGE CEILING. THE SUB-CONTRACTOR ADMITTED RESPONSIBILITY AND HAD IT REPAIRED LATER ON. HOME DEPOT HAD SPECIAL FINANCING
FOR THEIR HOME IMPROVEMENT WHICH IS VERY REASONABLE SINCE I QUALIFIED FOR THEIR FINANCING WITH MY CREDIT. THE SALESMAN STATED THAT I MAY BE ABLE TO GET A GAS COMPANY REFUND. I AM GOING TO CALL THE GAS COMPANY TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE REFUND. SO FAR, I AM SATISFIED WITH HOME DEPOT SERVICES ON HOW THEY HANDLED THE JOB AND HOW THEY HANDLED THE PROBLEM WITH THE REPAIR ON MY GARAGE CEILING.

I confirmed with the gas company that there is a rebate through the end of 2013 on getting this R-30 insulation installed.

My experience overall went very well. They were very thorough and conscientious. They were also professional and highly knowledgeable in their field. The pricing was reasonable. I would recommend this company to others.

My parents actually paid for it as we share the house, so I do not know the cost. They did a fine job. It seemed fairly simple.

I was sold a 'pencil wrap' covering for the windows but the installer screwed up and removed all the original wood frame on the house because of a miscommunication error. It took 2 months and multiple visits as well as me researching and hiring other contractors for them to finally tell me they had someone to do it, after they agreed to give me $1500 toward me finding someone to do it because they didn't have anyone. Now they magically found someone on their team. I don't know how qualified he is because I've been told repeatedly that they don't know anyone. The wood frame replacement is supposed to happen tomorrow.

The entire process was very organized and went smoothly, having the Project Website with Job Progress and Contacts was very nice. The Windows came out beautiful and the installation went without a hitch would definitely recommend Frank and the Home Depot Home Services to Family and Friends
