We didn't have any dislikes. We really enjoyed the guy. He was really friendly. His customer service was really great. He was very professional. He came in a uniform with a name badge. I'm not sure but I think it was his company. I think he was the owner. He knew his skill and trade. He was really good at it. He was able to get parts at really cheap prices. He has been in his trade for a very long time. He was an older guy. I would hire him over another company; because he was very professional, and customer service is very important to us. A lot of times we hire companies and they send out a subcontractor. When that person shows up they are not in a uniform. They don't have name badges, and you don't know who the heck they are. But, this guy we knew because he always wore a badge and uniform.
