I called 7 different places, and he was the only one who could be here before noon. One place said maybe before 6pm, and everyone else was booked for several days. He was very nice, kept giving me updates on arrival time, was very professional. Fortunately all it was was a quick replacement of the capacitor, and I have air conditioning again! He was a lifesaver! He was off to another job right after me, and I appreciate him getting here as quickly as he could. I don't know if $245 was a good price or not, I was just very grateful that I wasn't going to have to swelter all day and hope someone else would show up before 6. I have pets who are not terribly heat tolerant, so it was important that I get someone in here as quickly as possible.

I've been using them for all these years, I have a contract with them that they come out couple times a year to service it.
