I called Mr. Kim at Z Technics in Reseda, CA to ask for a pre-purchase inspection of a used vehicle I was considering purchasing. He responded to my voicemail the following day and gave me valuable information about the particular model year I was considering, and problems I should be aware of, which I appreciated greatly. I ended up not seeing that vehicle, but another one I saw in a different area was the same model year, and I gratefully remembered Mr. Kim's pointers. If I ever need an actual pre-purchase vehicle inspection or need service for my own vehicle in the Reseda area, I will not hesitate to utilize Z Technics.

I first visited Z Technic this past summer to have my right axle replaced. Mr. Kim did an excellent job for a very reasonable cost (less than other quotes). I returned a couple of days ago to have my rear brake pads replaced and an oil/filter service. He completed the job in less than an hour (he knew I was waiting down at the local Starbucks and he worked on it immediately). I feel as though I have found an honest mechanic and a man of integrity. You have to make sure that you book ahead of time because he tends to be busy.

Z Technics is amazing. The owner is super friendly, efficient, prompt and punctual. He is very accommodating, professional and definitely fair as well. He doesn't take advantage and he makes me feel like I'm getting the very best value and service possible.
