They're good. They had a wait time longer that what we usually wait for.

I took the dog in, and they were very nice to the dog. They have dog treats there, and coffee for the clients. They have a waiting room, and are very nice to the pets. They are very responsive, and handled the situation great. They are very good with recommending how to treat you pet.

I have taken my four legged friend to McClave on various occasions for exams and shots - each and every time, the reception and medical staff are pleasant and professional. They are professional that I am pleased to recommend :)

I have another dog that I have to take to this facility so I definitely will be going back to them. They were friendly, fast and were not afraid of my dogs, since they are pit bull mixes. They did put a muzzle on my dog but they were nice about it.

Everything was competently handled. The cat was brought in, hydrated, cared for and stabalized over a three day hospital stay. Dignosis was given. Solutions and options were offered. Medication and suppliments were supplied. After my cat returned home, caring doctors called to check on his condition and offered to help me in any way.
The entire experience, while traumatic for me, since I dearly love my cat, was a good one. The staff at McClave made things go as smoothly as they possibly could.
My cat has approximately from six months to a year to live, and McClave will support me through all of the stages.

Dr. Rickard, herself, had a cat that went through the stages of kidney disease and is very familiar with what to expect and do. This comforts me greatly.

It was a touchy situation. They tried to help me out in whichever way they could with that without requiring crazy methods. Overall they were very helpful.

VET WAS SO NICE. TOOK MY DOG IN BACK AND PERFORMED PROCEDURE WHILE I WAITED. SAID IT WAS JUST FATTY TISSUE AND HE WOULD SEND REPORT TO MY REGULAR VET (WHO WASN'T AVAILABLE THAT DAY). I WAS RELIEVED THAT IT WAS NOTHING SERIOUS AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT.

I've had a couple of animals that got really sick and they pulled through. The only drawback with them, it's not really their fault, is sometimes you do have to wait for awhile.

My frantic daughters and I walked in a crowd waiting room at McClave. They saw that my puppy was not doing well so they took her back immediately. Dr. Tsai, came out an explained to me that they needed to keep her overnight. He explained to me what they needed to do to insure that she would be ok. The front desk staff walked m through the exact costs and I had to leave a deposit (which was well worth it to know that my puppy would be ok).

Won't go back to McClave. Brought my cat in because she woke up in a puddle of liquid, yowling in pain. Vet Tsai wrote down "straining to urinate, urinating in strange places" which was not what I had told him. He did not take her temperature or examine anything other than her bladder. He only ran a test for UTI and did not consider any other issues, even though she has very swollen, irritated anal glands. I called on Sat for test results and was told "Dr. who treated your pet won't be in until Monday, so he'll call you then." I asked if any other vet or tech could give me the results so either cat could get treatment or we could have peace of mind. Dr. Sauer called me back, he's very nice and thorough, he only discussed UTI after I told him intake info was wrong. I'm currently seeking a different vet, who will listen and be thorough, to treat this problem. Lastly, as I was looking over my bill, they wrote that my cat is a short-hair tabby. She is long-hair black and white.

WHILE I HAVE NO QUALMS ABOUT THE END RESULT...I FEEL THEY PLAYED ON OUR EMOTIONS AND 'BUILT UP' THE BILL BEFORE FINALLY MAKING THEIR DIAGNOSIS. APPARENTLY, AFTER TALKING WITH OTHERS, SIMILAR EXPERIENCES HAVE BEEN HAD AS WELL.

I WAS VERY PLEASED! THE VET WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING. I FELT COMFORTABLE THAT THE VET WAS SURE OF HER DIAGNOSIS AND THAT SHE WOULD FOLLOW UP WITH ME TO MONITOR HIS RECOVERY!

I'VE BEEN TAKING MY PETS TO MCCLAVE'S FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THE VETS AND STANDARD OF CARE ARE EXCELLENT; HOSPITAL EQUIPPED WITH LATEST EQUIPMENT; DOCTORS ALWAYS UP TO DATE. OTHER VETS OFTEN REFER TO MCCLAVE'S FOR COMPLICATED PROCEDURES. OPEN 24/7, WITH VET ALWAYS ON SITE FOR EMERGENCIES. VERY BUSY PRACTICE, SO SOMETIMES YOU WILL HAVE A LONG WAIT, ESPECIALLY ON WEEKENDS, BUT ONCE YOU GET IN TO SEE A VET THEY TAKE ALL TIME NECESSARY AND ARE VERY CARING and THOROUGH. (FRONT OFFICE STAFF NOT ALWAYS AS ATTENTIVE AS THEY SHOULD BE, THOUGH.) TRY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ON A WEEKDAY TO LIMIT WAITING TIME (ALTHOUGH EMERGENCIES ALWAYS HAVE PRIORITY, SO BE UNDERSTANDING). NO APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS SO THAT IS MY LEAST FAVORITE TIME TO GO.

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS FACILITY. WE HAD TO RUSH OUR 10 YEAR OLD DOG INTO THE FACILITY LATE ONE NIGHT. SHE WAS COMPLETELY SHUTTING DOWN AND THEY WERE SO CARING. THEY TREATED HER, MADE HER COMFORTABLE, AND WERE SUPPORTIVE WHEN WE DECIDED THAT SHE NEEDED TO BE PUT DOWN.

IT IS LIKE ANY DOCTOR OR VETERINARIAN, YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT. IT IS CLEAN AND NEAT. THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE PLEASANT AND THEY ARE FRIENDLY. THEY ARE GOOD WITH MY CAT. THEY ARE REASONABLY GENTLE.

DIAGNOSIS WAS VERY GOOD. THEY GAVE US THE COURAGE TO PUT OUR DOG DOWN. THEY LATER SENT A SYMPATHY CARD TO ME.
