Got the job done!

One of the tempered glass panels in our Sunroom broke during heavy winds. I called to have have it measured and they sent some out the next day. They measured the opening and said that it would have to be ordered and it would take a few days. They called me the next day saying that the glass was in and they came out the same day and installed it in about 20 minutes. We were very happy with their service

They called before coming and came on time. They measured and ordered the parts which came right away. They called to come back out and completed the job.

I would certainly use them again; it was my second time using Tampa Glass. I did not get a 2nd estimate so I'm not sure if their prices are competitive/the best but it seemed reasonable to me.

Replaced 2 glass double-pane windows. First measurement of window was not correct but did get it right.

They were very responsive, helpful, punctual, friendly, professional. I called with the approximate size of the widow, and it was fixed, just like that.

I contacted them and gave them the address of the property. They ordered the glass and installed it the next day. I was able to pay by credit card over the phone and did not have to meet them at the rental property and was able to get the repair done quick and painlessly. Yes I would use them again in the future.

Very fast, professional service! Immediately noted that the window required safety glass instead of regular glass, due to its location (close to the ground), so we got a revised quote and they immediately scheduled to come back with the other glass. Great job, clean and efficient.

Wonderful, immediate, professional service at a price point I could handle. I'm in Escrow on a short sale. In order for the property to qualify for a loan I had to fix two broken window. Not owning the property yet, and being on a deadline, I needed prompt and "inexpensive" service. I left Tampa glass a VM message after hours (about 9pm) on a Wednesday. First thing the following morning, Thursday, Tampa called and made same day appointment to take measurements. They ordered the glass and the very next day, Friday, the job was complete. Awesome service! Glass was better quality than current windows and I couldn't have been happier. I spent approx $270 for a double pane window (2 glass replacements for this window) measuring about 43"x19". Also, included in that price, was an additional (small) window in a bathroom. So three pieces of glass and labor for the price and it all happened in less than 48 hours. They left the area clean afterwards. Very pleased.

This was an incredibly easy fix. I called them. They asked for the measurements of the window. I gave them the measurements and explained the location of the window and the shape. They made an appointment, showed up on time, fixed the window, glazed it in and out and left the area clean. I would definitely use them again.

They have done work for me over the years and they are very good. They were prompt. They are a local retailer and not the cheapest but they are very competent and quick to do the work. The work was literally done the next day.

Measured for the door the same day we contacted them. Door was a custom size, so had to be special order. Turn around time was 5 days, and the new door was delivered on time. Installer was punctual, courteous, and very knowlegable about his trade. He did an excellent job and the door looks great! They were slightly more expensive than some others, but their professionalism was well worth it. It was obvious from the first phone call they knew exactly what they were doing.

Start to finish without problems. Kept appointments and removed old door. Cleaned work area and provided instructions on curing.

The overall experience was excellent. The quality of their work was very good but they didn't get back fast enough. I just made sure that their workers were covered by insurance because of the price involved.

Tampa Glass very customer friendly. I highly recommend they. They did an excellent job.

We're gradually working our way around the house, switching out old windows for new, and have been very satisfied with these guys. They're professional - even petting our nosey dogs that occasionally get in the way - and their prices have been reasonable. They've done three jobs for us so far, and we plan to bring them back two more times. The door took longer to replace, but with the windows they were in and out in no time - none of the jobs went over a few hours. One of the windows requires a little more energy to push down, but other than that, no problems.

Fine. Was simple in shop purchase with a four day turn-around

They were great. I took one of the pieces to them, and they made beautiful replacements for me. They were super fast and very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again and I definitely recommend them.

We spent probably $400 on that work. They did fine and we would hire them again. They brought the mirror in on time, installed it and did a nice job. Their price was pretty good.
