Saul responded promptly to our initial phone call and quickly came out to look at the situation. He e-mailed us his proposal shortly after that. Once we had accepted his proposal he was able to quickly set a date for the work. At our request, he applied for the proper permits and contacted DWP for them to come out and approve the plans. All of this was done efficiently and demonstrated Saul's knowledge of how to do what needed to be done legally. Saul showed up on time on the agreed upon date and, with one helper, efficiently removed the old panel and installed the new one. He meticulously went through the house trying various circuits so the new breakers in the box could be labeled properly. He cleaned up the debris. He told us to expect the inspector the following day and called the next morning to let us know when the inspector would be coming. The inspector praised the work that had been done. In addition Saul is personable and willing to answer questions. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.
