Had appointment Wednesday evening, started work Thursday morning, work went very quick and professional.

I had my roofing done with Royal and can't be any happier with their job! In the last month of rain in LA, our roof was put to the test and had a huge leak... Joel explained to me the whole process of the roofing, giving me the knowledge of what may be wrong with the roof...Joel first suggested to simply repair the roof...That way once that one spot would be open for the repair, he could give a better observation regarding the entire roof... When the roof was open, he took me up and showed me pictures, and had let me decide what the next step wld be...From the damage my husband and I saw, we decided to replace the entire roof with Joel. It has been only one week from the start date, and they have already completed the entire roof! Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience with Royal.. Joel made me comfortable with the decision, for he explained to me the whole process and had let me saw with my own eyes that we truly needed a new roof. Thank you!!

5 months and my kitchen is finally done!! I couldn't have been any happier with the job, Joel and his team, have done! From the very first meeting, Royal Home Builders made me feel comfortable in advancements... Joel was able to understand my wishes for my kitchen and captured my entire vision... However, that was only the beginning. Joel was with me every step of the way in choosing the cabinets, counter tops, and backsplash, and designing it according to my budget! His foreman and crews were very generous in working with my busy schedule... They also were clean workers, hauling away all debris with in a day. Now that my kitchen is finally done, I cant be any happier with the final look....It has finally become the most attended room in the house! Thank you Joel and Royal!

Simon was extremely generous with his time. He helped us to plan the layout and took us to see an example of his work. I highly recommend him. He has great ideas about overall layout and style and pays attention to the details. After comparing him to others it is clear that he is excellent in his profession. And he also cares a great deal. Good work plus attention to detail is so hard to come by - especially in a market where contractors are in very high demand. HIGHLY recommend him.

I I met with four different companies that came out to my property. I signed with Royal home builders The same day because they were very professional and listen to any ideas and the vision I had for my place.
I had a great experience and I recommend them to everyone I know.

the crew was great they did a great job with installing everything they did a great job as well with cleaning up for me after the job was completed everything was on time they gave me a great presentation showed me all materials before they started the job and prices were great I would recommend this company to everyone customer satisfaction guaranteed.

Chen Zinger's painting team was top notch from Day One. They removed all of the plants from my porch, address plaque, and  the iron bars from around the house. And then they got down to business and began their real work. They power washed the house; dug a trench; patched all the stucco; and added primer. Every day they cleaned up and left the place as neatly as possible?given the ongoing nature of the job. The crew was courteous, helpful, pleasant, and accommodating when I was indecisive. They went beyond what was expected in every way and left my house and its surroundings in better shape than when they first arrived. I will certainly be recommending them to all the people who now remark when passing by about how great my house looks after its spectacular transformation.
