It is an amazing feeling to be cared for by my insurance co. instead of feeling ripped off, yeah right.
I had water damage due to my toilet backing up.
Not only did they car for me completely and are still doing so, as I am still in the healing phase, but on EVERY LEVEL.  They even gave me packers for 2 weeks so I can purge as I have to move out for a few weeks.
I could not imagine feeling more cared for, and all of personal needs were considered.  I use a wheelchair so there are many need s to consider.
