really well - Bobby and Sandy are complete professionals when it comes to selecting appropriate framing media, and totally delightful to work with. Sandy spent probably 2 hours+ offering suggestions about frames for each piece - modlings, mats, etc. - and everything came out beautifully. I've been looking for a provider to replace Mittry's framing in Tarzana (they retired), and Picture Perfect is just terrific. I will definitely be using them again.

I highly recommend them. This was my first time custom framing something and they walked me through the whole process and made me feel part of the process. They are truly artists at what the do in their own right.

These are some of the nicest people I have ever done business with. Sandi and her husband are accommodating and creative. Plus their prices are very affordable. I was more than happy with all the work they did for me. They have already gotten my return business and I'm hoping they're around for a long time. (It's probably a good idea if you like doggies because they have a couple of cuties to keep them company around the shop.)

I took in the painting that I wanted to have framed, they showed me the different frames that they had available and I chose one. I left it there over the weekend and picked it up on Monday. They did a fantastic job and it looks it great in my living room.

I can not say enough good things about both Bobby and Sandy's customer attention, appreciation, and overall professionalism. After having been burned many times by places like Aaron Brothers, I always feel like I am treated as if i was framing a picture worth thousands of dollars, as opposed to perhaps one worth a few hundred. There is a lot to be said about small, non-franchised shops, and this is but one of those examples. This is actually the fourth such picture that i have had them frame, and will now only work with Picture Perfect. I simply cannot recommend these two enough.

Wonderful experience from start to finish.

What nice people! They seem very dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and quality. They suggested the glass replacement and took time to demonstrate to me the difference -- am so glad they did. I am being a bit picky with punctuality as there was a 10-day turnaround, but I had told them I was in no rush. With such a fine operation, I imagine they have a lot of customers to look after, which now includes me -- will certainly be taking some other framing projects of mine to them before too long.

Sandy Duggan, the owner of Picture Perfect was very patient and attentive to my concerns about framing my two reverse appliqués. I needed to match previously framed molas that would hang together in a small space. To tie these molas together, Sandy not only matched the existing custom linen mats, but also suggested using red-toned wood frames to complement the red fabric vs. matching the older walnut brown frames. The final product was stunning; the new molas are beautifully framed and for the first time, visually cohesive with my other molas. The price I paid was reasonable, especially considering the detail and time involved in creating the custom linen mats. Sandy and her assistant are consummate professionals – they listen, make useful suggestions and make flawlessly executed frames (no sloppy work here). Sandy has an exceptional eye for color and proportion, and always selects mats and frames to complement, rather than overpower the artwork. I’ve had over 10 art pieces framed at Picture Perfect over the past 3 years; everything from single and double matted framed lithographs to a very complicated shadow box frame for a 3-dimensional pouch. I’ve been very happy and impressed with all the framing I’ve had done here and highly recommend this frame store. Their store is homey rather than slick but don’t the décor fool you: their prices are competitive and many times less expensive than custom or chain frame stores, and their framing is worth finding this little gem in Reseda.
