MR POOL

Horrible experience. It took the company 5 different scheduling dates to finally get the pool up & then crew who installed it told me to fill it up with water and then took off. Being a novice to this whole thing I thought that was really crappy service let alone what was to come. I filled the pool which took a day to fill. I noticed little puddles of water at the edges of the pool but figured it was just the excess from filling it, splashing, etc. In reality, they were small punctures in the lining and I had not even used the pool yet. When I did go in the pool noticed the bottom had a lot of sharp edges in it but I trusted the double layer of Happy Bottom I paid for would be enough to not puncture liner. I was wrong, the liner continually got punctured and within a few months it became necessary to put a new liner in as I did. I did call Mr Pool on the subject right away and several times and I never got a response back. A month after I had the pool up and running a friend came over and was looking at my pool pump. He said "Oh my God , this valve needs to be turned" and turned the water valve on so that the water could leave the pump. It ran for 30 days with that valve shut off because they did not show me how the pump should run. I had to have the pump fixed last year and replaced this year. I did my homework on the liner before installing the new one. I learned a layer of fine sand over the happy bottom and another layer of happy bottom over that would stop the liner from getting punctured and it did. The new liner has been great. Why couldn't Mr Pool address and fix that problem? Furthermore there were several items on my receipt that I paid for and I never received like the "hard plumbing to & from the pool pump" and "the aqua bug" which is a pool cleaner. The $200 light I had installed in the pool died the first year too. I would not recommend service, or lack there of, to anyone by Mr Pool.

I HAVE BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY FOR A WHILE. I HAVE NO REASON TO GIVE THEM A BAD REPORT. THEY COME WEEKLY AND DO CLEANING AND CHEMICAL BALANCE EVEN WHEN IM NOT HOME. THEY ARE VERY TRUSTING. I DON'T WORRY ABOUT THEM BREAKING IN MY HOME. THEY COME AT APPOINTED TIME ON TIME. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, NEAT, AND CLEAN.
