CALLED ON A TUESDAY MORNING AND I HAD TO CALL THEM AGAIN ON WEDNESDAY MORNING BECAUSE THEY HADN'T CALLED ME BACK. THEY CAME WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. HAD TO PUT WHOLE IN WALL TO FIX THE PROBLEM. USED A CLAMP TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

I WAS HAPPY UNTIL IT CAME TO THE HOT WATER CIRCULATOR. HE INSTALLED IT INCORRECTLY AND TRIED TO FIX IT. WHEN I ASKED TO HIM TO FIX IT HE SAID HE TRIED AND DEMANDED WHAT MONEY WE OWED HIM ($1000). WE REFUSED.
