He is a skilled and responsible contractor who repaired walls and replaced the floors at my townhouse; he also did some electrical and plumbing projects (since 2012 to now). He also worked as a mechanical and electrical technician for my engineering projects at ResMed (2014-2015).

Kunin does not have a valid contractors license. He did the interior painting of walls, ceiling, and kitchen cabinets, electrical lights installation in our home. I believe that Anatoli Kunin provided an inferior work product and may expose our home to unnecessary financial risk. He has been negligent in a variety of ways. Unprofessional. Unacceptable poor quality. The work must be redone or finished. The process has been far slower than we initially discussed. We won the Small Court to recover our money but he does not want to return money even after the Court decision. Bad performed job, very expensive - almost 2 times more expensive than other handymen. Very rude and unrespectful. Not recommend it to anyone else.and LAW OF CALIFORNIA CANT CHARGE MORE THAN $499,BUT received $5000 It is illegal for an unlicensed person to perform contracting work on any project valued at $500 or more in combined labor and material costs. Business and Professions Code section 7028 â contracting without a license. The penalty for operating without a license on a first offense is up to six months in jail and/or a fine of up to $5,000, plus the potential for additional administrative fines and penalties.

I requested service and was expecting a call the next day and I was prepared to wait a few days for the service call. He Called me right away on a Sunday and came over within a couple of hours. Truly the most honest and humble person. He did a great job and was very appreciative of the work. If you are looking for a handyman that can do almost anything and not get ripped off call him.
