Excellent I was quoted three weeks and it was completed in three weeks. Workers were clean, exceptionally neat, and showed up every day on time. This company is outstanding.

It went well for a project of its size. The kitchen remodel and patio replacement finished on schedule. There were issues both with the HOA and the City regarding the load-bearing wall, but Jade was able to guide the work through the proper channels. Isaac worked with a structural engineer to get the proper permitting and insurance information for the HOA. Jade also provided great referrals for the windows and flooring and they coordinated the work with the contractors. When I finally moved into the unit there were a few issues, but Jade had someone out the next morning (on a Saturday) to fix the most critical ones. Overall I was satisfied with the service and am happy to be living in my new place!

The work was done on time and done well. The crew was professional, courteous and made sure to be a clean as possible, knowing we were living there during the construction. They even hooked up our washer/dryer every weekend so I didn't have to go elsewhere to do laundry! HUGE help since we have 2 kids! Isaac listened to our wants and needs and did his best to make it all happen. There were no major issues and minor problems were dealt with immediately. We love our new spaces- they did a great job.

Jade Construction (Isaac) completed all work flawlessly. From the onset of hiring Jade (Isaac) I was kept informed of all timelines and work schedules. Isaac is truly invested in your project. He worked with us on tile selection and price. We felt that he looked out for us on anything that we had to buy. It was as if he was buying for his own house so he made sure the proper price was paid for high quality product. His crews were really great. They showed up on time every day. They were all very courteous and most of all trustworthy. I had no problem leaving the house to the teams. Now to the quality of work. It was awesome high quality work. My wife and I couldn't be happier with Jade Construction and the work preformed. We highly recommend using Jade Construction. All work was per code.

It was amazing. He is the best contractor I have used. He and his employees exceeded my expectations, He really wants to please the home owner. The crew cleaned up everything, were very nice and professional. He also did not charge me for additional jobs such as hanging a chandelier and replacing knobs in the kitchen. Perfect! Very professional. Showed up every day. If going to be late they phoned. Workers very neat, clean and respectful to our home and to us. Would refer jade construction for anything that needed to be done. Obviously very happy with all work. Can hardly wait to start kitchen. They had very constructive ideas and suggestions

Right from the beginning, they were responsive, punctual and friendly.
Isaac showed up right on time to review our needs and give us an estimate. We liked him so much, we hired Jade for the job and they began work on it right away. The job was done in the predicted time of 2 weeks, all except for the custom garage door, which they had no control over.
Isaac's crew is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, and Debbie, their administrator, is lovely. When we had a question, (and we had a lot as this was our first foray into remodeling/building), the response time was super prompt, and Isaac never backed away from anything that might have become difficult. He always made sure to visit everyday, keeping us updated and surveying the progress.
Isaac even had one of his crew install a fan for us in one of the bedrooms at no charge. 
Isaac and his crew are trustworthy, honest and know what they're doing.

Everything was done quickly and professionally and everything was done with permits. I was at work while this
was being done and never worried about my house. I trusted them 100%.  Isaac picked up my vanity, tub and tile for me.
It was a great experience and I will use him in the future for my kitchen remodel.

The remodel of our two rooms exceeded our expectations. We completed the remodel in six weeks and came in on budget. Isaac (owner of jade) did a great job of guiding us during the design phase and helping us determine how to reconfigure the kitchen. His employees are extremely kind, competent and punctual. We would highly recommend Jade Construction to anyone. We had a terrific experience and plan to use him to remodel bathrooms next year.

I think normally he does bigger jobs but he had a resource that could help me with this within my budget. I was thankful for that exception and found the work to be of excellent quality. Issac is ery responsive and responsible. I've had experiences with other general contractors who simply didn't respond, had surprises for me every time, or who left me hanging in the middle of a job. It was nice to work with someone who was on top of his stuff.

Itzhak was great to work with. He did everything I asked him to do and he was responsive to my requests and was very nice. His workers were competent and courteous. Everything looks great! I'm going to have some work done downstairs and I will definitely use Jade construction again.

Isaac showed up on time to our initial consultation. Our house's issue was a leaking curb step in the shower that we couldn't figure out where the water was coming from. It had been a source of frustration and annoyance for a long time. Isaac gave us a decent price for what we were asking for. The team he had working on our house was very good. Even though we were on vacation for part of the time work was being done, they were able to do the work well, including having the proper permits to do the work. Saw what tile they were going to use for the accent in the shower did not match the tile we initially agreed on. Only one call to Isaac and a quick visit to the tile store got everything taken care of. We were very happy with the work done in our home. Would recommend Isaac to anyone!

Jade Construction is the absolute best contractor in the world.
I first hired Issac (Jade Construction) to redesign/remodel my kitchen. The finished product was phenomenal; with black Ceasar Stone counter tops, back splashes, and sink; garden window, eloquent custom white cabinets, and travertine floors.
After having bad luck with other contractors, it was a miracle to find Issac (Jade Construction). Issac is not only ethical and professional; he is honest, provides outstanding work, stands by his word, meets deadlines, and has a very high standard for customer service.
Because we were so elated with Issac's work and the work of his crew, we hired Issac to remodel the entire downstairs. This job included remodeling the bathroom downstairs, installing hardwood floors throughout, a custom front door, baseboards and luxurious crown molding (that you would see in million dollar homes). The crown molding turned out perfect despite the curved, rounded and very irregular ceilings in this 1927 year old home. The new bathroom downstairs turned out so beautiful, that we also had Issac remodel the upstairs bathroom. Additionally,we had Issac install hand railings for the staircase; and electrical outlets and additional ceiling lights in our master bedroom closet/sound studio.
To our surprise, Jade Construction also has expertise in outdoor work. So we hired Issac to install: a 6 foot white enamel fence and a gas line in the backyard; electrical outlets and out door sensor lights (front yard and back yard); electrical outlets and water faucet on the front deck; and a new mail box with a lock.
I can't wait until we can hire Issac (Jade Construction) to redesign and remodel our master bathroom. We are saving our money right now.
You can't go wrong hiring JADE CONSTRUCTION, they are the BEST!!

The team was consistently on-time, did not change orders, and, most importantly, did excellent work. From the initial contact, I was able to rely on their plans and never had to follow up. It was refreshing to be able to trust a construction company and I was so impressed with the completed job, I hired them to also build a guest house on my residence, to which I have received several compliments from both friends and neighbors. I would absolutely use Jade Construction again in the future.

Overall I got more than I expected. the work was done in timely manner,
all my questions were answered, Mr. Zahavi helped me select the color for the cabinets and he gave me information regarding the granite and tile.
It was very pleasant journey.
