This is the 3rd time that I've used Jim and he's done a great job each time. Yesterday, I just needed him to remove an old garage door. He came by that same day, did it and charged a very good price. While he was here, he balanced another garage door for free.
On the other two times, he balanced the one-piece garage door and replaced springs at my house and replaced a garage door opener at my mother's house.He's the best at his work

I received the referral from my neighbor who is a real estate agent. I called Jimmy who immediately answered the phone. I advised him my garage door would not open. He said he could be at my house within an hour.  To my surprise 20 minutes later he arrived at our house stating he was closer than he thought which was fine my me. What I liked about Jimmy after we discussed the problems we were having he gave us three different options to choose from. No pressure on which one we picked. We decided to replace everything since the garage door and opener were well over 30 years old, we didn't want to just piece things together. Jimmy also custom makes the springs because he doesn't like the flimsy ones they sell in the store. He told us he would try to get the garage door that day so he could start the following day. He text me about 2 hours later stating he was able to get the door and would arrive at 7AM the following morning. 7:00 AM sharp he arrived with 2 other workers. The work took about 2.5 hours. Jimmy went over everything he did. How to check for balance how to maintain the parts. I was extremely satisfied with his work ethic and his kindness. I will refer him to friends and family and will use him if needed in the future.

Jimmy is great. He came out and fixed my parent's garaged door which was very noisy and rattled. He got us a new and very good garage door opener, two new springs, he balanced the door and fixed the noise issue. The door works perfectly now. You can barely hear it when it is operating. Thanks Jimmy.

Jimmy promised to be here on Saturday, and he was! He analized the problem and went right-to-work. He had the whole thing done in less than 1 1/2 hrs. Works perfectly. Helped me program the homelink units in my cars for the new opener. He cleaned up completely and hauled away the old unit. Very honest price. Great to do business with. Very good man! Will have him do all my garage door work in the future.

Jimmy (Garagedoor Handyman) provided great service at a great price. Using Angieslist, I first called Jimmy and he quoted me a price on the new unit and install. I contacted another highly rated company and they came and provided a bid. Jimmy's price was 30% less (for both installs and the opener), and he provided top-notch work. He knows garage doors, has a great temperment, was prompt, and pretty much any other positive word you can use for a garage door service tech. I am 100% happy, would use him again, and have already provided my home owner friends and co-workers with his businsess card.

I used Jimmy 3 years ago to fix garage springs and tune the garage door. It's still working great. A year later I had him do similar work at my mother's house; again with great success.
Yesterday, my mother's Genie electric garage door opener broke. He came today and installed a new one. The final price was just below his estimate and very fair compared to other estimates I received. After 3 positive experiences I can say that he's the guy to use.
