Ofir strengths are design, project management, budgeting, communication and follow-through.  The whole process was well managed and the end product is high quality.  We were consistently impressed with his knowledge and time management. It was one of those situations where we were able to relax (as best you can without a kitchen) because we knew Ofir was on top of it.  We never once wondered where he was with anything as he kept us ever informed. His crew were very professional and respectful of our home, doing all they could to minimize the mess and dust during construction.
He was not the cheapest bid out of the three contractors we met with, but we felt he was the most honest and up front about the cost.  We ultimately went with him because for the work we knew we wanted he landed in the price range we expected and to his credit, the only places where we went out of budget was because of upgrades we decided we wanted. 
We were so impressed that he's come back to do a major upgrade our bathroom (June 2013), once again moving doors and plumbing.  He's also come back to help Us with upgrading our bannister and house painting (which we are really impressed with).
He's the guy you go to for a quality job with minimal headaches.

I had kitchen and bathroom remodeling with them and I'm very glad that I picked them! After fired a fraud contractor I interviewed another 6 contractors to take over the project, and finally I decided to work with Ofir. By talking with him I found he is very knowledgeable and experienced and is able to give good advises. During construction, he helped revised the kitchen design to make it nicer with more open view. He was very responsible to problems and can always find ways to fulfill
customize requirements. And Ofir has very nice personality, he respects his client, which makes him super easy to work with. All the payments are scheduled and went through very smoothly. Be honest I might not able to achieve the great final result without Future Home Builders. They know how to listen and help clients in the way they want, and I think that is the most important character of a professional building team. Thank you Ofir for all the helps!

From the initial design phase to the final product, Future Home Builders turned my vision into reality. The extensive renovation was completed on time and within the agreed upon budget with no big surprises. Ofir and crew are extremely professional and always accessible to address any questions or concerns. The job site was neat and the crew was polite and courteous. It was a pleasure working with everyone at Future Home Builders and I would hire them again for any future renovation needs.

Ofir and his team did an marvelous job remodeling our kitchen. Ofir consistently maintained excellent communication with us throughout the remodeling process through phone, e-mail, and an online project management app. All members of his team demonstrated consistently excellent quality and craftsmanship in their work. Ofir kept the project on time and on budget with minimal disturbance to the rest of our house.

At our first meeting, Ofir walked through the house with us to understand what we wanted done.  Then he did a preliminary kitchen design on his laptop, and seemed to really get what we were looking for.  He is very easy to work with.  I like that he provided a complete quote at the beginning with no additional costs later on (except where we wanted to add/change things).  Throughout the project, he kept us updated and was very responsive.  There were a couple of instances of miscommunication, but we got those resolved.  The entire project took about 3 months, which I think is pretty good for the amount of work done.  Thanks, Ofir!

Overall Ofir and his team did an amazing job! His team completed the job on time and within budget. We are very happy with the outcome and can not thank Ofir and his team enough for helping us make our new house a home. 
From the very first meeting, Ofir was extremely organized and professional. He was also very knowledgeable which helped establish trust right away. Having never been through this process before, it was great to be able to ask Ofir all of our questions and feel confident knowing he would provide an honest answer. He gave great advice throughout the project, which was a huge help to someone who isn't exactly "handy" :) From the very detailed shopping list he provided to the numerous questions he answered, Ofir was very helpful. 
Ofir also uses an awesome project management system, Basecamp. I have used the system professionally and was very impressed that Ofir uses it as well. It's a great way to keep track of timelines and communicate directly with Ofir. Ofir was always great about posting pictures of work being done throughout the day and always got back to us within the hour when we asked questions -- no matter the day or time!
Ofir also stuck to his word on price. I have heard many horror stories from friends and co-workers who have worked with other contractors regarding unforeseen costs etc. Ofir never raised his price quote even when we asked him to do a few additional tasks that were not in the original scope of work. His prices are a little on the higher side but you really do get what you pay for. 
The work Ofir and his team did is also quality. We are very happy with the results and have received many compliments. 
All in all, working with Ofir was great and we would not hesitate to contact him again for future projects!

Ofir of Future Home Builders is an attentive, patient and dedicated general contractor who always returns calls and, most importantly, assisted us making good choices when it came to materials and design.  Ofir always made sure to have our water back in working order by the time we came home from work, and his workers are highly skilled and never wasted any time while on the job.  We looked forward to coming home every day because we knew that his crew would make significant progress every day they worked.   His crew would regularly stay past 5pm to finish certain items or clean up before leaving.  As for the business end, Ofir is not a discount type contractor - rather, he provides you with a realistic cost of performing the work requested, and provided us with a line item breakdown of payments that were spaced out over the length of the project which kept us all "on the same page" and we only paid for the work that was being done.  We really felt this was a professional way to go, because we never had to worry about writing a big check and having the workers disappear.  We are thrilled with our new kitchen and powder room, and highly recommend Ofir and Future Home Builders to anyone interested in a kitchen remodel or room addition (we also had him add a new room to our house - also awesome).

It was a complete remodeling except for the woodwork. It was one of those situations where things got more and more expensive as we went. He did good work, except he bid low and then during the work he would say there was a problem and that they have to increase the price. So the price went up a couple of times during the work. I think he should have done a better job of inspecting the situation so that he would have given me an accurate quote upfront. The main thing is that he didn't look in our attic to see where our original line was. He made a mistake when he, after he started knocking the wall down, said there was an important wall there and then he had to increase the quote because he had to bring in an engineer to work on it.
So the price went up quite a bit during the work and that's my main issue with his work.

Everything else he did was just fine; his work was good work.

Another thing is, the owner told me that he was out on the site at least three or four times a week, but I only say him probably one or two days a week. And usually he was coming to collect the check. Even the supervisor was not out very often. This is because I had other construction going on in the house at that time. I had a friend of mine, he is a finishing carpenter, helping me and the owner kept relying on that guy to supervise us through rather than have his won supervisor here. So he probably got away with spending a lot less manpower here than he should have to get the job done. His relying on my guy took away a lot of my guy's attention, and I was paying him hourly, from his job to supervise these other guys. The owner knew that and still relied on him throughout the project.

Update -- It has been a year since the work was completed, and I am pleased with the work.  Except for the two issues above, the job was quality.  I have a walk-in closet, a big bathroom with a shower that has body sprays AND multiple shower heads, and a bench seat.

As expected with Future Home Builders, everything went well.  This is our 3rd project with Ofir and he doesn't dissapoint.  When we decided to move forward with the work, we met with a few contractors.  Ofir's quote was right in line with the other contractors, however I knew his service would be much better.  He showed up on time and his workers were there consistently.  When the siding showed up and wasn't as white as we wanted, he worked with his painters to get it painted at no extra cost.  This is the type of thing Ofir does to make sure his clients are happy. 
The project went very well and our house looks better then expected.  When he was painting our gate and side door, Ofir noticed some of the wood was damaged.  Completely on his own, Ofir replaced the wood and the entire side gate at no charge.  We are completely satisfied with the work and love how our house looks.  The inside of the house has been beautiful for a few years thanks to Ofir and now the outside looks just as nice.

Finished on time and at price as quoted- no nickeling and diming with Ofir. The price he quotes is for a finished job barring really serious barriers.

This was a painless process because Ofir gave us a shopping list of the materials we needed for our bathroom.  We purchased all our own tile, vanity, medicine cabinets, etc.  When we had everything at our home, we told Ofir, and he scheduled work to begin the very next Monday.  He and his guys were there from 8 to 4:30 daily until the job was done to my satisfaction.  Ofir checked on his guys daily and spoke to me daily to be sure all my questions were answered as well as his questions for me.  He never changed the price we had agreed upon, and the entire job was finished in only two weeks, including inspections!  I look forward to working with Ofir on other projects at our home.

Overall, the job that they did went well. They were good to work with. They brought forth good ideas which kind of helped us think through the best way for cost and from the design perspective. We would use them again in the future if necessary.

The entire experience was very positive.  We spoke to a number of contractors before choosing Future Home Builders, but none of them made us feel as comfortable as Ofir.  He had good suggestions and ideas for our remodel and was honest about what could and could not be done.  He didn't push anything on us but was supportive when we had questions or concerns. From the beginning, we knew how much we would be spending and that amout only increased when we decided to add things on.  From the start, Ofir worked closely with the city to get the proper approvals and dealt with any hassles as they came up.  The workers were respectful and showed up on time every day.  The work was completed within the set time frame and any lingering issues were addressed timely.  We are very very happy with the work and plan to use Future Home Builders again for our next project. 

My wife and I used Future Home Builders to remodel our master bedroom and bathroom and were extremely pleased. We took four different bids and we called all of the referrals they gave us. Everyone we spoke with had great things to say and two of them had multiple jobs completed with them and they were very cost competitive. But the real pleasure came as they did their work professionally and rapidly. They beat their completion estimate and their work was the best I have seen. As the five stars say, this is as good as it gets.

From the initial consultation to the final follow-up, Fir and his team were professional, courteous, and thorough. They showed up exactly when expected, did the work exactly at budget, and completed it quickly with a minimum of disruption to our busy household. This was not the lowest estimate we received for work, but I'm glad we chose them because there were no hassles and no surprises.

He interviewed a lot of contractors. He gave me a positive feeling that he was going to do a good job. He was very accessible. Basically, they worked every day to complete the job. However, there was one sub-contractor that didn't do a good job with some work, so he had to go over that work. He was also expensive.

Dealing with Ofir and his father was very pleasant and professional. The workers were great. Showed up on time and seemed to work very hard. They also repaired ceiling in bedroom and painted the portion that was repaired, and hung 2 new hanging hallway and stairway lights. Overall a very good experience.

They are great. They are very professional and good. It could have been a little cheaper.

They have been great and they are going to finish the work tomorrow. There?s just a little touch up work left in our bathrooms. I liked pretty much everything about them. They respond quickly and they know exactly what they are doing. They check everything, show up everyday on time and clean up every afternoon. They are pretty amazing. My overall experience with them has been excellent. The price that they charged is good.
