CY CONSTRUCTION

Description of Work: They were hired to remodel the living room, dining room, garage, and driveway. Approved plans were provided, and CY agreed to complete the project per spec. However, their inexperienced workers made numerous mistakes in measuring, leveling, angles, etc. The dining room foundation was poured at an improper angle and was off by 10 inches at one end of a 20 foot wall. The new flat roof was not sloped properly which caused major pooling. The mahogany french doors were not ordered correctly and therefore did not fit their openings. $11,000 of unfinished brazillian cherry hardwood was left in the rain and ruined, even after I warned CY that rain was expected. They sent their guys to cover the open roof, but only covered the lower half so water soaked the entire project. They were caught cutting corners, for example, did not using epoxy as required by the structural plans.

Description of Work: We had two bathrooms remodeled/ they were both gutted/ The small bath had tile work, new jacuzzi tub, toilet,new cabinets, tile walls and floors and Ceasar stone counter top/ The large bath had large, tile and glass shower with multi shower heads, tile floor, cabinets, lighting.
