I had a great experience. I dealt with Gabriel who arrived on time for the estimate. He went through every detail of the work, educated me on the tile I had, and brought sample colors so we could match the grout together. He came back himself to do the job with a partner and they did a fantastic job. They moved the furniture and they were both cleaning on their hands and knees, working on stubborn stains, plus they used big machines. They were professional, and very nice people. The result was terrific. I previously had other companies come for estimates and some tried to sell me very expensive restoration, others said the tiles would never look clean, but they did. I would use Cleancrafters again without question.

I like him because he was on time and he was very courteous. he didn't mind moving furniture to do his job. He was friendly and did an excellent job. His pricing was reasonable.
