MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. THEY STEAMED CLEANED MY CARPETS THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. THEY WERE VERY THROUGH AND REMOVED MOST OF THE STAINS. THEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT PUTTING THINGS UP, MOVING FURNITURE TO GET THE ENTIRE AREA. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.
