We needed someone to install a Navian tankless water heater. Corporate gave us his name. In ay 2011 we left a message which he took his time returning. When he did call, he insisted on doing more than we needed him to do. We have a contractor with a plumber in place to do the preliminary work needed. He finally agreed to come out and give an estimate for $150.00. He had to be prodded to send an estimate and kept arguing that he should be the one to do the whole thing in several conversations in which he hung up on us. Yes, hung up on us! When he finally did send an estimate it was for the wrong tankless and way out of sight. Needless to say, we are not using him. He truly acted like the only installer in town, loike he had us over a barrel. We did find a plumber who has installed Navian, and says when he has a question he simply calls the corporate office for the answer. No problem.

He was professional, responsive and punctual. He did a really good quality work and I was satisfied with his service.
