It was very good. He's very patient, very honest, and a good designer.

It want well, the workers came on time. The were very neat in every aspect. My entire kitchen was gutted and an opening was created between the kitchen and the dining room. The men were exceptional workers. Management was in control of the entire project.

We converted a two car garage to a studio apartment for my mother-in-law with Shawn and his team. Shawn listened to what we wanted, came up with a design that accommodated all of our requests and provided a detailed budget of all expenses. Once hired, his crew carried out all of our requests and expectations as expected. The only delay was one that could not be anticipated, foundation issues underground, and even that Shawn had predicted could be a slight possibility. Once the problem was discovered, it was quickly handled with very minor delay. We are very happy with the finished project, have already recommended Bellagio Design Build and will do so again!

I had gotten three quotes on the job and had contacted multiple contractors with questions about beginning the project. Shawn Rabbani, the contractor and owner of the company was not only prompt, honest with the good, bad and ugly facts, impressed me with his efficiency. His pricing was in the median range, but I did not want to compromise quality for pricing. The project went very smoothly. It was necessary for us to live in the house while the work was being done. Shawn was very sensitive to working around us and making adjustments to accommodate us. My mother who is in our home is elderly and frail and Shawn and his crew worked to around her to accommodate her needs and limitations. The project was completed timely with only minor delays that resulted from additional inspector requests. Shawn was on site to oversee the project daily. I felt safety and quality were priorities throughout the project. We are very pleased with the addition and remodel and I recommend and would use Bellagio D.B.C. on any other projects.

About a year and a half ago we needed to add an additional space unit for our small shopping center. We were lucky enough to find Mr. Rabbani and we've been working with him ever since. Mr. Rabbani was very professional he drew the blueprints in a very timely manner and his price was reasonably fair compared to others. We have also used Mr. Rabbani several times for different projects (fences, room additions, etc.) and I am going to use him again to remodel our home kitchen, we know that he will do a quality job and professionally.

The demolition and haul away crew were fast, efficient and reasonable. The demolition job completed one day ahead of schedule. Frame workers were clean and worked continuously until the job was finished on time although they had to do some additional work to replace existing termite damaged studs. Brick layers worked very efficiently and clean. The finished work looks finished and added a pleasant warmth to our backyard. Mr Rabanni and Bellagio Design Build Corp worked with my wife and I on all aspect of the job and provided assistance and expert advise on phase of the project. Mr Rabbani provided constant supervision of the work and provided knowledgeable staff to do the work. We are very pleased with the process and the finished job and, highly recommend Bellagio Design Build Corp. Mr Rabbanis in depth experience as an architect and designer is an asset that will benefit any new project involving new structure design or remodeling.

We were very pleased with Shawn’s work as owner of Bellagio Design Build. Although we had our plans for adding two bedrooms and a bathroom, his creativity and problem solving helped the building process go very smooth and fast. He was on the job site every day and listened to our questions and kept us in the loop about the scheduling, timing and choosing of colors and materials. His crew and him were very clean and concern about safety of our children. Job was done ahead of schedule. When we got to know Shawn’s calm, patient and professionalism we became good friends, and have referred him to our friends who were very happy with him too.

The idea of looking for the right contractor is the same like any kind of services eg: mechanics, plumbers, doctors, etc. You have to keep trying and get the good references or reviews, it's frustrated. I called many contractors, over 12 and decided to use Bellagio Dand B. Shawn, the owner is the complete whole package for any home remodels, upgrade, additions or new homes. He is a creative architect with a license to perform as he plans and draws on his blue prints. He gives suggestions, details, cost comparison and saving on each step of the project with pro and con on construction. He listens to what we want or expect to be done, no short cut or try to get away with the law or loophole. He is very responsible, he will redo it over if there is a change of plan with no bad feeling. We respect his trustworthy, integrity, credibility, manner and honesty. My wife is very picky and has high standard of perfection from the design down to the materials, we had many bad and good days of arguments and he passed the test with a flying color. We try not to exaggerate his professionalism but we want to tell the truth, thanks so much Shawn for the guest house at my house and the 2 attic rooms at my wife's house. It took a little bit longer than we expected but we are happy with it. From Sue and Charlie.

Amazingly well! It took over a year but there was never any lag time on the part of the provider. The length of time was due to our changes and additions. The provider was there almost every day and never disappeared. He was always available and took a personal interest in our project. He took pride in making sure things were followed up on and done correctly. He was considerate of our neighbors and had trash picked up on a regular basis. Even though we had drawings and computer programs, the actual finished house was somewhat of a surprise to see how beautiful it turned out. The provider worked well with the city and had all the permits and inspections done in a timely manner. Even when we had unexpected challenges (like very little foundation under the back part of the house) or discovered something new (like how beautiful the view was on a side we weren't going to put in any windows in), the provider was flexible and delighted in problem solving. It was exciting each step of the way without any horror stories that you usually hear with this type of major project. The one time we had a scary encounter due to the roofing material company negligently placing roofing tiles where they sled down the roof, the provider had his own workers secure the tiles and made sure the roofers were back quickly to finish the roof. And though it was a relatively dry year, the provider always made sure the construction area was covered in case of rain and that all materials were protected. And being a native Southern Californian, I get cold easily. This house never had central heat before and right as the heating and air units were being installed, we had a few of those below freezing temperature nights. This provider worked his magic and it was pure joy to come home to the warmth of a heated house when the temperature was dropping rapidly. We were very impressed with the quality of the workers we were fortunate to have. They were all thoughtful and friendly, even one time going after one of our dogs that had escaped. Their craftsmanship was excellent, with beautiful staining, molding, cabinetry and stone work. We choose to remain living in our home during this process and this gave us a day to day first hand experience as to the construction. The provider showed great patience in making sure we knew what was going on and would discuss every detail if we so wished. I would never have dreamed of all the decisions that must be made and it was wonderful to have the provider's guidance but be given space to make our own choices. During this past year of noise, mess, dust everywhere, flat tires, one big dirt cat box for a front yard with its own Andy Gump, and interruptions of utilities, you get to wonder if this is worth it. And then it is done. We are so completely satisfied and thankful for selecting Bellagio Design. We love our home and have received many compliments, even from casual visitors who have know idea what an awesome transformation was accomplished.
